- From 2:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m. This includes a tranquil park like setting with a covered Pavilion area that has plenty of room for both the wedding and reception. The old farmhouse is available for the bride and groom and the bridal party to get ready for the wedding. Twinkle lights surround The Pavilion and after dark it just glows.
Vendors- We have put together some of the most amazing top rated vendors in the valley. Professional yet affordable. You must select from our Caterer, DJ and Bar Tenders list but you are welcome to bring in your own photographer, florist, officant, and cake person.
Noise Restrictions- We are good neighbors to our community, so we stay in strict compliance with the noise ordinance set by The Town of Gilbert. So what does that mean? The music is loud enough to dance to, but not thumping loud, meaning your guests can actually have a conversation at their table. In all the wedding we have had there has never been a time where the dance floor was empty. All of our DJ's know how to maximum fun but are respectful of our community and our neighbors.
Wedding Arch- Ready for your own personal style. This arch is a great backdrop for you to say "I DO". You can choose you own colors flowers or draping. Because everyone's style and color choices are so different you are responsible for the cost of your arch decorations.
Professional On Site Coordination-You will have a staff member from Chapel At The Farm from the time of arrival, throughout the entire wedding ceremony, and until 1st drinks are served. We help with all those small details that most couples don't even think about.
Time For Your Rehearsal- Your rehearsal time is included at no extra charge. Because we have Friday night weddings our rehearsal are on Thursday nights. You have 1 hour total for your rehearsal. We have several Fantastic Restaurants in the Gilbert area that would be perfect for a small rehearsal dinner.
Clean Public Restrooms- Many couples never think to ask. Chapel At The Farm has convenient restrooms that are ADA accessible located right next to the ceremony site.
Pet Friendly Venue- Is your dog your best man? We understand and encourage you to bring you guest and child friendly dog to share in your day.
Reservation Fees- All reservation fees to hold and secure your date are non-refundable.
